1. Parties and acceptance

Генерала Глаголева, д. 25, корп. 1, кв. 226. The buyer accepts this offer by checking the consent box and completing payment.

2. Subject

The seller supplies The Egonomist educational materials or provides a consultation of the selected duration. The materials cover technical analysis, risk management and trading discipline.

Nothing supplied is individual investment advice or a guarantee of profit.

3. Prices and payment

The Egonomist costs RUB 100,000. A 30-minute consultation costs RUB 15,000 and a 60-minute consultation costs RUB 30,000. The server determines the final amount.

Payment is handled by T-Bank and is completed only after provider confirmation.

4. Course delivery

Following confirmed payment, the buyer receives a secure download page. The planned limit is three downloads within seven days. Downloaded materials remain with the buyer.

5. Consultations

Dmitry contacts the buyer to agree on a time. One rescheduling is allowed when notice is given at least 24 hours before the agreed appointment.

6. Refunds

Refunds before access or service commencement follow applicable law and the final offer. After access or partial performance, the amount may reflect the part performed and actual costs, subject to mandatory consumer law. Legal review is required.

7. Risk

The buyer makes financial decisions independently. The seller is not responsible for investment results obtained after using educational materials. Mandatory consumer protections remain unaffected.
