2. Data processed

Checkout collects name, phone number, email and, optionally, a Telegram username. Payment-card details are processed by the payment provider and are not stored by this website.

Security logs may contain request time, IP address, page address and error details. No marketing analytics or advertising pixels are used.

3. Purposes

Data is used to enter into and perform the agreement, confirm payment, deliver materials, arrange consultations, communicate about an order, process refunds and comply with law. Legal grounds must be confirmed by counsel.

4. Recipients

Necessary data may be sent to T-Bank for payment. For consultations, a minimal notification is sent to a private Telegram group: name, order number, service, confirmed status and one selected contact method.

5. Retention

Consultation contact data is planned to be deleted or anonymised 90 days after fulfilment. Accounting, refund and legally required records are retained separately for the applicable mandatory period.

6. Your rights

You may request access, correction, restriction or deletion and withdraw consent where continued processing is not required by law. Request procedure: egorovda16@yandex.ru.
